Ughhh!!

Hiii!  I was wondering, does anyone know how to reduce/stop muscle cramps (other than the whole, drink water, eat a banana tips)? 
I've been getting them a lot recently and it's really not nice >.<

My liquid fast... day 1

okkkay its 16:35 and my calories are currently at... 110kcal...  i cant decide whether thats good or bad.

Morning: 250ml nettle tea  -  0cal
Before going to the stables: 250ml lacto-free milk(theres no soy milk in the house!)  -  100cal

rode for half an hour in the school, moderate/heavy exercise.
rode for about an hour on a hack, light exercise.

Afternoon: 250ml water  -  0cal
                   500ml robinsons juice  -  10cal



its not THAT bad =]  im thinking of having another glass of juice, so then i'll be at 120cal
