    <content type="html">Hiii!&amp;nbsp; I was wondering, does anyone know how to reduce/stop muscle cramps (other than the whole, drink water, eat a banana tips)?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;I've been getting them a lot recently and it's really not nice &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks x x Hope everyone's well!</content>

    <title>My liquid fast... day 1</title>

    <content type="html">okkkay its 16:35 and my calories are currently at... 110kcal...&amp;nbsp; i cant decide whether thats good or bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Morning: 250ml nettle tea&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; 0cal&lt;br /&gt;Before going to the stables: 250ml lacto-free milk(theres no soy milk in the house!)&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; 100cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rode for half an hour in the school, moderate/heavy exercise.&lt;br /&gt;rode for about an hour on a hack, light exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Afternoon: 250ml water&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; 0cal&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 500ml robinsons juice&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; 10cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;its not THAT bad =]&amp;nbsp; im thinking of having another glass of juice, so then i'll be at 120cal</content>
